Can I see a proof before my product is made?

Due to high order volume, we don't send proofs—but we carefully follow all customization details you provide.

What's your turnaround time?

Most orders ship within 6-11 business days after ordering.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 6-11 business days after shipping
  • International: 10-30+ business days (varies by country)

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll get a tracking number via email when your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated—what should I do?

Some carriers (especially international) scan in bulk. Wait 2-3 days, then check again. Still nothing? Email us!

What if my package says "delivered" but I don't have it?

  1. Check with neighbors/household members
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. For USPS: File a Missing Mail Search

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange my product?

Since all items are personalized, we don't accept returns unless damaged. See our Return Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email photos of the damage to support@personalizedpromise.com  within 48 hours, and we'll make it right!

I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?

Contact us within 1 hour of ordering. After that, changes can't be guaranteed.
